Information we collect
Contact and project brief forms. When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, company, website, and the content of your message or brief. Technical metadata (IP address, timestamp) is processed transiently for spam prevention and rate limiting.
Analytics. Privacy-conscious analytics run only after you consent through the cookie banner. Before consent, no analytics or marketing scripts load. Analytics data is aggregated and used to understand which content helps visitors.
Theme and consent preferences. Your colour-theme choice and cookie decision are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They never leave your device.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and project briefs.
- To send a confirmation email when you submit a form.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
- To understand aggregate site usage, only with your consent.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Form submissions are delivered by email over an authenticated connection and may be forwarded to a customer relationship management system operated on our behalf. Anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes a token when you submit a form.
Data retention
Enquiry and brief emails are retained for as long as needed to manage the business relationship, and reviewed periodically. Server-side spam-prevention logs are minimal and short-lived.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailingkhalil@bensmida.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (such as the GDPR), those rights are honoured accordingly.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. Forms use CSRF protection, server-side validation and authenticated email delivery. Credentials are never stored in the website code.
International visitors
The site is operated from Tunisia and serves visitors worldwide. By using the forms you understand that your submission is processed where our email and CRM systems operate.
